These terms cover your use of the Cardashly Android app and this website, published by Psychelit. By using them you agree to these terms.

Drive safely, always

Cardashly is a driving aid, not a replacement for your attention. Set up routes, music and settings before you move. Mount your phone securely where it does not block your view, and follow the laws on phone use where you drive. You are always responsible for driving safely.

Speed and navigation data

Speed readings come from GPS and can lag or drop in tunnels, garages and poor signal. Maps, routes, weather and alerts come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. They are for reference only. Obey road signs and your vehicle's instruments.

OBD-II

Vehicle data read over an OBD-II adapter is for information only. Use a reputable adapter; we are not responsible for adapter or vehicle faults.

Not CarPlay or Android Auto

Cardashly is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a replacement for Apple CarPlay or Google Android Auto, and it does not mirror or project your phone to a car display. CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC.

Subscriptions

Any paid features are sold through Google Play and follow Google Play's billing and refund terms. You can cancel in the Play Store at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and site are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
